Robyn Enslen is the Director of Associate & Student Programs in the Vancouver office of Bennett Jones.
Robyn is responsible for the operation and administration of our associate and student programs, including the recruitment and professional development of associates and students. She is also a member of the National Association of Law Placement (NALP).
In her role, Robyn oversees all aspects of the student and associate experience, including law school and lateral recruitment, in-firm orientation, mentoring, and performance reviews. She works closely with the leadership team and plays an active role in firm-wide initiatives relating to the development and advancement of our legal talent.
Robyn brings a unique perspective to her role, having spent six years practicing as a corporate associate at Bennett Jones and another national law firm prior to transitioning into this role. Before becoming a lawyer, she worked as a relationship manager for a Calgary-based global technology company, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both legal practice and professional development.
Known for her collaborative approach and deep commitment to mentorship, Robyn is passionate about helping students and associates identify and achieve their career goals. She is a trusted advisor to many within the firm and a key driver of initiatives that shape the future of our legal talent.
