Integra Resources Corp. and Florida Canyon Gold Inc. (FCGI) announced that they have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement, dated July 28, 2024, whereby Integra has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of FCGI pursuant to a court-approved plan of arrangement. The transaction will create a diversified, Great Basin-focused gold and silver producer.
Bennett Jones is acting as legal counsel to FCGI.
